Hur tycker du bokningshanteringen sköttes? Have used far easier booking services. Could be better. Problems making the payment possibly as the transaction was made in Thailand and not USA.
Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Loved the view from our rooftop pool villa. Room was fantastic. Great place to get away from it all. The area was a bit too quiet for us. Menu at hotel restaurant was a bit limited. All other options are a taxi ride away which was not good as we like to walk and explore. Preferred Patong area for liveliness. Hur tycker du bokningshanteringen sköttes? First time I ever booked a hotel online so I was a bit apprehensive. We had no problem with the booking and all required paperwork was sent promptly

Clean, friendly staff and I would stay here again!

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Nice hotel with friendly staff but the beach just in front of the hotel could be a bit cleaner. Lucky the poolarea at the hotel were just perfect both for children and adults.

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and always have smiling face. However, the staff do not have enough experience to face the customer request. My experience is there was some noise (high pitch) from the air-conditoner in my room from 2 a.m.,so i request to change to antoher room on next day, but the staff prefer to sent an engineer to fix it,however, the sound come back after the engineer left, then i request to change to another room again, but they said they would ask the engineer to standby during night time instead of changing my room. It seems not reasonable because I don t want to bear the chance to wake up again during night time. They finally change my room but I need to request 3 times and wait for 4 hours. Except for this, everything is good, especially, the breakfast is excellent. [PhuketPortalen.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Although you do not have the BBQ in room or on the bridge service, but in return you provide us some snacks which are so tasty during tea time to the room, and we think this is very considerate! In addition, we also tried your spa service and we enjoy that so much! Wish we will be back to you very soon!

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: The resort was simply fantastic for the price I paid! It s a 2 bedroom villa and it s comparable to the resorts at Bang Tao. Staff was very friendly and helpful even though we requested for slightly earlier than usual breakfast due to our early golfing session.
