However, I found some of their business practices rather deceptive. In particular, it has always been my understanding that when one books for more than 1 day, there is a minimum 1 day charge if one cancels completely. Thus, one can cancel and the reservation is, in effect, buying a right to stay there i.e. peace of mind.
This hotel takes a different stance. I paid for about 10 days because I could not remember the exact number of days I would stay there and expected to be able to sort things out after I arrived. However, the hotel said I could not shorten my stay. Or more precisely, I could shorten my stay but I would not receive a refund when checking out early. I think this is an outrageous rip-off, done mainly because it was low season. Next time I will reserve for one day and then look around for another hotel after arriving. There are many cheaper ones in the area but they are obviously not paying for internet access. Also, I was not crazy about being so close to the homosexual area.

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: We stayed here 4 nights and cannot really fault the place except for the B400 charge if you want to stay beyond 12 noon. For B650, we got a new and modern hotel, HOT water in the shower, very clean, and with friendly staff at the counter. Their English was limited but it didn t matter all that much. It is only a couple of hundred metres from all the action on Bangla Road.
The aircon is good, and the TV is cable with plenty of English speaking news and programmes. Reliable booking service to the airport by either taxi or minibus, and they do not rip you off with this as some hotels do. No breakfast, but this is easily obtained outside at any price you want to pay from B50 to whatever. No question - will definitely stay there again.

Rooms are ok. No charge for overnight guests.
No showercurtain which means that eveytime you shower the whole bathroom is wet including then toilet..
No elevator which is toughn if you´re on the 4th floor.
Safetyboxes in the room, they give u a key for the box (stating the combination deosn´t work). I kept notes on my money in the box (after a few days, surprise/surprise...there was 2000Bath missing) no way to prove it... But seems this is somewhat common in these types of accomodation..
Really put a bad mood to the whole experience...

Fantastic Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Love this place, will definitely stay there again when I return to patong. Location is fantastic, close to everything but still quiet. Staff are friendly, and the room was clean and new. Request a room on the lower floors if you don t like stairs!

I remember that from the safe room (!!!) was stolen more than 1000 dollars and then the hotel staff had lost all interest to us. If you want trouble, and a wonderful pastime in the police, then you will here.

After a 2 meter with might and main construction works. Disruption of hot water. No elevator. Breakfast is not available. Water is free. Valuables and money should not be left even in the safe room - staff steals. In this area, many hotels cheaper and better.

No coffeee or tea making facilities in room nor was there a phone. Great location yet still quiet, perhaps because we were on the 4th floor (without a lift!)would stay here again if guaranteed a room on 1st or 2nd floor.

Would definately highly recommand this website to others. Keep it up !! Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Location : It was situated pretty near the beach and bangla road and of course, the huge mall Junceylon .
Room : If you re looking for a basic room with basic neccessities, this would definately be better than that. Rooms are quite small but consider the amt paid, it was well worth it all.(2 water drinks are included for you per day).
Service : The receptionist/boss is very well mannered. He is definately of great help. He s a very pleasant guy and of course there s also the ladyboss. Whom speaks less but also a very nice person. There are well stocked and updated maps on the entrance to the hotel.
The only point which may deter travellers who wish to party till late is that it locks the door aft 12am. However, don t be put off by this because you can always ring the bell and they will answer to the door in a swift manner.
(One tip: bring a name card along with you if you wanna book tours as there are many tour angency/drivers whom do not know where excatly this hotel is located. And/or you can use TIGER INN as a landmark for pickups and dropoffs.)

Try to stay on the lower floors if you go in and out of the guesthouse often as there are no lift available. The staffs are very friendly. One shortfall is that they are not able to provide any information on places of interest.

The room is clean and quiet, though there is a building construction work opposite to our room. If you are looking for a budget accomodation, this could be your choice, else, please go for the others.
