Hur tycker du bokningshanteringen sköttes? PhuketPortalen.com charged me 500bt to refund the money for the room. Sorry PhuketPortalen.com, you get a poor grade for this one. The agent was nice though.
Andra kommentarer om hotellet: This place is not as nice as the internet shows.When we first arrived, the room stunk like mothballs or something. We asked for a room that did nt stink but was told there were no other rooms available.There was trash in the pool and around the court yard.I think they turned the pool and the water feature off as soon as the dayshift left.There was a swim up bar but they wash thier dishes from the restraunt there.They charge customers for the internet but apperantly the hookers from across the street can use it anytime they please.Then I went to take a shower and no hot water..I let it run for about 5 minutes and nothing but cold water so I went and got the guy who said he was the night manager sleeping beside the pool with a towel for a blanket and he ran the shower another 15 minutes and finaly got hot water I told him I wanted my money back and he told me it would be ok,I could live with it because it was only for 2 days.Then he said we could have a different room.Wait, they told me there were no other rooms available! I finaly got him to refund me for one day for a 2 day reservation but that took 2 weeks. I have left very positive reviews at the Phu Pha Aonang resort and spa and the Mei Zhou Phuket Hotel. I am a resonable guy but this was a lousy place to stay. I have pics of the things that I am saying and if you want you can see them by email.martinogle@gmail.com. Don t waste your time with this place.We didn t stay long enough for the breakfast but after reading the reviews that probably was not any good either. [PhuketPortalen.com integr.ERR:escaping]

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice trip in Jang Resort. The location is fine, near by beach also not far away from big market (Robison & Jungceylon). Stuff also very kind. Pool of resort is little small however you may not swim in pool since the beach is much fun.

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Great little resort, right in the middle of everything, and value for money. Only complaint would be the breakfast, it s pretty average. Other than that, staff are friendly, rooms are clean, pool is right outside your door, and air conditioning works great. Will definitely go back if I ever stay in Patong again.

The most trouble thing is: when we arrive at deep night they said the room is full and they have to arrange another hotel for me! God, I remarked we will late check in round 11:30pm when placing the booking, also, 3 days before our arrival, I even sent a email to the hotel to reconfirm the booking again! How they can send us to another hotel? and even no any advance notice to me! I fully can not accept it.

Att skicka boknings förfrågan till hotellet Jang Resort kostar ingenting. Du skickar med fördel förfrågningar till flera hotell samtidigt för att kunna jämföra, endast den bokningen du väljer att betala deposition för blir giltlig
Betalning sker via krypterad och säker anslutning till bokningscentralen och vår betalpartner Thawte, aldrig via mail till hotellen
Priser som visas för hotell i thailand är alltid per rum/bungalow och inte per person som det normalt är i europa. Man slår alltså ut priset på de som ska bo på rummet/bungalowen. Vill ni ha extrasäng skriver ni det i kommentarfältet då ni fyller i bokningsförfrågan.
