The only thing that was a concern was the full visa transaction taking place prior to us arriving but I guess this is the process that is in place. Andra kommentarer om hotellet: What a great hotel! Clean grounds, awesome restaurant right on the beach, Great food, perfect atmosphere for what we were looking for. Sure there are things that are focused on the little kids but that didn t bother us with teenagers. Also the family suite was great, six beds with lots of room. Nice pools, quiet low key atmosphere.

The booking through PhuketPortalen.com for the hotel was fine however we also booked a car from the airport which never showed up. When we called the number provided nobody seemed to know anything about the booking. As a result we got a local taxi which worked out around half price compared to the vehicle through PhuketPortalen.com. I wouldn t recommend using PhuketPortalen.com for airport pickup. Andra kommentarer om hotellet: We had a great time at the Sunwing hotel. It s clean and pleasant, it s a great setting in a quiet location, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The Sunwing is really geared up for families with children and offer lots of child activities and a great atmosphere to keep the little ones entertained and happy. Although we don t have children we loved the Sunwing can confirm that it s a great place for adults too. I would definately recommend the Sunwing to my friends and I would love to go there again. Hopefully soon. Thanks to all the staff for making it such a great holiday.

Our prebooking for a family room was made on 17.Oct-06 and the final conformation was made in early Feb -07. When arrived there was no familyroom avaiable ? OK, we got 2 nice adjoining rooms instead. It would be more convenient and polite to advice us about the situation in advance !

Priser som visas för hotell i thailand är alltid per rum/bungalow och inte per person som det normalt är i europa. Man slår alltså ut priset på de som ska bo på rummet/bungalowen. Vill ni ha extrasäng skriver ni det i kommentarfältet då ni fyller i bokningsförfrågan.
