Nous y avons passé deux nuits, dans des bungalow en front de mer et c était merveilleux. Le prix se justifie plus par la situation de l hotel que de la qualité des chambres qui sont biens mais sans plus.

Swimming pool is not like the picture, it is very little ...
Some bungalows are old and some new ...
No lobby. The restaurant is very dark.
Staff friendly.

Hotel has 14 rooms located along a beach. Between a bungalow and a beach a beautiful garden with the big sun umbrellas and sunbeds. We recommend this place for lonely quiet rest on seacoast. An excellent beach, a remarkable place for bathing. Excellent staff.

Very friendly and relaxed staff, quiet and natural retreat. I thought it to be the most beautiful setting (small, comfortable and right at the beach) of the entire bay.
Bangtao is a lovely, authentic place, much unlike the madness of Patong.
I will return for sure, with my kids too.

Perfect Andra kommentarer om hotellet: We had a very pleasant stay at this small hotel just on the beach, at the very end of Bangtaobeach. The bungalows are comfortable with a small terrace towards the beautiful garden and just a few steps to the beach. Unfortunately, they don t have mosquitonets at the windows so that you cannot open them at night and you are dependant on the air condition. The restaurant has a very nice terrace just on the seaside with beautiful scenery. The meals are of good quality, prefer the seafood, grilled or cooked with different sauces to other more westerner or rather american meals. The staff is very very kind and helpful. We can recommend this address to anybody and shall turn back ourselves whenever we shall plan to go to Phuket.

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Very nice small resort, perfect bungalow located directly on the beach. The people at the resort were very friendly, helpfull and kind. The restaurant was good enough and in the small village are also enough other nice places to go to. All in all we can recommend this place to anybody.

Efficient and helpful Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Rooms excellent, Breakfast good, obliging and keen to give us what we wanted to eat. Dinner at night average, only dined there the once as a result. Good to know that when the tide is in you cannot walk along the beach. Wonderful to sit on the edge of the sea and eat. Only place we saw that truly had bungalows so close to the sea. I would have liked to see the staff dressed more carefully in clean ironed looking tropical garb. A bit scruffy some of them but super and friendly. We were the only ones there and for a total rest - yes we would go back. Value for money. They need to be sure they do not let there standards drop just because it was the low season.

Only 1/7 prepayment - the remaining 6/7 upon arrival with credit card or cash - very convenient. Andra kommentarer om hotellet: This little resort with 15 bungalows is run by an extremely friendly and hostile family: They readily took care for us and our needs in a pragmatic and non-complicated way which certainly extends the level of larger, more anonymous hotels. The drinks in the refrigerator in our bungalow with A/C were free and daily replaced, as well as a free choice of different kinds of breakfast (from full american to toasts, waffels and fresh fruits etc). The cleaning service in the bungalows with daily replacement of towels and linen was excellent, the beautiful garden right at the coastline stunning - only 20 steps to the sea. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service quality and local circumstances - highly recommendable also to families with kids. It s better and easy to get a rental car over the reception (only 1000 Baht per day in April) to have the opportunity to visit other beaches, markets and temples around. The car was new with an adequate size for 4 people and AC, no problems. The adjacent restaurant focusses on excellent sea food and thai food can also be highly recommended - just point out that you do NOT want to get your main dish spicy - otherwise you ll sweat and breathe heavily. The pool is tiny, but you have the beach right beside it, so that our daughters still enjoyed it.

Beautiful beach of soft white sand, which one can walk on for miles. The accomodation is rustic but very comfortable, although it could do with better lighting in the bedroom. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful and Jay, the proprietor, gave us a lift to the hospital when we needed to go there.

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: Bungalows right on the beach and well maintained. Small pool available. Breakfast inclusive although we felt the price level quite high. We got airport transfer for free (stayed more than 2 nights). Restaurant OK but not excellent. All personnell is very friendly and helpful

Perfect as usual Andra kommentarer om hotellet: After ten days at two other nice places we arrived to this little paradise, familiar, wellkept, quiet. Just the place to be when you want to relax. Good food (maybe little to Western ) with very nice service. Not the place to go if you want shopping and partylife, but down at the beach it´s easy to find longtails, jetski, restaurants, and more at better prices than Kata. The dog is a respectable gentleman ( with girly hairdo) and when you hear his story..., a fairytail.
We (2 adults, 2 two teenagers) just loved the place.

I highly recommend it to those who wish for some quiet and peace just 20 steps from the ocean. It is also very convenient for traveling about Phuket. The staff are wonderful and always very helpful.

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: We were collected from the Phuket airport by a very friendly hotel staff member who drove us safely to the hotel. The check in process was easy and we were given a lovely drink while we checked in. The room was beach front with amazing water views and garden settings. The hotel is located on the safest part of the beach and some of the bigger hotels would have their guests walk all the way to outside the Andaman just to swim where the water was calm with no rips. The room was very big with excellent air conditioning and bathroom facilities. The meals were very good and the service was perfect. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly if they tried. Excellent. All transfers etc were checked and we were always asked if we needed anything.
Would recommend to anyone.

Despite the great beach location, the hotel is reminiscent of a mountain chalet stuck in the 70s. Most of the surfaces in the rooms and in the restaurant are decked out in rustic wood with no apparent purpose other than attracting dust.
The bathroom windows are designed to let in light but not to be opened. As there is no extraction fan, there is often an unpleasant smell from the drains.
The hotel provides a taxi service (prices are the same as the ?fixed prices? quoted at the nearby taxi stand) but does not offer the shuttle service provided by nearby hotels which is considerably cheaper. I would not recommend the hotel in its current conditions and will not be staying again.

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: We were very pleased with the hotel...it was everything we hoped for. The rooms were lovely, and right on the beach in tropical gardens. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We found the people in the village also very friendly.
Our one disappointment was that the food in the hotel and also in local restaurants had obviously been westernised to suit the majority of visitors and we would have preferred true Thai food.
We would certainly like to go back again, and would recommend the hotel to others wanting a quiet relaxing holiday

Andra kommentarer om hotellet: This was a lovely little complex right on the beach at the end of Bang Tao bay. We stayed in a standard bungalow which was large and clean with a nice bathroom and veranda. The free soft drinks and biscuits/sweets were great. The staff were very nice and friendly and helped us book trips and the food in the restaurant was good - especially the fresh prawns! The swimming is pool is small but who needs it when there s a gorgeous beach and warm clear sea on your doorstep?
I would stay here again for a relaxing, romantic holiday.
