We have a nice stay i Aochalong Villa resort. Very queth place, but you can walk to the mainroad there are more restaurants, we find the Wine compani restaurant. there you can buy and also eat good food and drink good wine.

The good: nice swimming pools, pleasant room design, helpful staff, peaceful location. Not a bad choice for those who want to spend most time hanging around the pool. Food is average.
The bad: no hot water in the sink (have to shave with cold water), A/C had a difficult time to cope with the heat, nothing around the hotel.
The ugly: this is marketed as a place for families, we came with a 1 year old and in the room next to us a full volume party was going on all night (stopped with the loud music only when we complained), walls are thin so we heard what happened there too well. <span style="display:none">[Thailand Guiden.se integr.ERR:escaping]</span>

the hotel has some good points and some bad.
pros: beuatifull pools, excellent customer service,quiet area of phuket, lovely gardens,fantastic restaurant with a great view of the pool,garden and bay(great for dining at night).
cons: smokers allowed to smoke everywhere(restaurant,pool,you name it) very annoying if you are a non smoker especially while eating brealkfast or trying to relax by the pool. very poor showers in rooms(only warm water,goes cold in under 1-2 minutes and very weak water pressure. standard garden view rooms have thin walls, you can here you neighbours (quite loud) opening closing cupboards doors etc all hours(not restfull) also the live music is clearly heard from your room untill late evenings every night which for some people may be annoying. also the suana steam facilities are charged at 150 baht per 30 minute use(just a rippoff). <span style="display:none">[Thailand Guiden.se integr.ERR:escaping]</span>

Nice design and helpful staff.
But you cannot swim at the beach (there are dirty water), far from main road as well as shops, restaurants etc. Wi-Fi is available. Breakfast is average.

We booked this just to have a place to stay on our way to an island. It was a nice place and we would have been happy to stay longer.
We booked through ThailandGuiden.se and were happy with the service. They didn t, however, notify our second resort of our boat transfer even though we had paid in advance for the service.

The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The hotel was not located near main road but we were able to get around ok.

Beautiful & neatly maintained spa & resort. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are tastefully decorated. We felt very welcome during our stay.

I like to stay on this side of island but every booking comp. and hotels must say to another people you can not swim on the eastcoast,it,s many people who came at the eastcoast and think they can swim. This hotel i like very much whid the nice 2 swmmingpool and nice seaview.I stay first 12 days in poolview room uppgr.from gardenview and the last 7 days in beachfront bungalow amaizing and very god stuff

Polite and friendly staff very helpful adjusting our air con thermostat within 5 mins.
Lovely pool and gardens - well maintained. Front villa good standard, clean and well maintained.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Wonderful rooms very spacious and well equiped. Beautiful gardens,2 gorgeous pools,good location and views. Service and staff first class. Would definately stay here again and would recommend to everyone

Very nice hotel just at the beach. Nice room. Friendly staff at the reception. Both pool areas are very nice with many tropical plants and flowers. Good place to relax. The only negative point is the dirty and bad street from the main road to the hotel.
